Hello and welcome to my website! I’m pretty new to WordPress and am getting back into blogging in general after a five year hiatus. So far, this blog is meant to be about my life here in Ireland as an American expat, as well as other things I may be inspired to write about. The possibilities are endless!
A bit about me
Personally: I am a dreamer, writer, blogger, singer, wife, friend, Francophile, and animal lover.
Although I’ve lived most of my life so far in the USA, I feel like I became an adult in Europe. My first experience living abroad was in 2008 when I was studying for a semester in Paris. After graduation in 2010, I returned to France, this time in Boulogne-Billancourt, and worked as a language assistant in a primary school. In 2011, I moved to Cork, Ireland for my Master’s degree at University College Cork. Upon finishing my Master’s, I had to move back to the US. Four years later, in 2016, I moved back to Ireland to marry by best friend and have been here ever since!
Hobbies: blogging, reading, watching shows on Netflix, listening to music, singing.
